Refund Policy

Hygiene and Safety Notice: Due to the nature of tattoo supplies and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any needle cartridges, inks, or medical supplies once the original sterile packaging or factory seal has been broken.

Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
